Livingston Rehabilitation & Nursing Care Center in Hudson, NY is seeking a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for either full-time or part-time roles to join our compassionate rehab team.

The COTA will provide assessment support, implement treatment plans, help with program development, document care, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to promote residents' independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current COTA certification in good standing with the State Board.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate accurately and effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
