• BA/BS or pursuing degree in business, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years as Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience turning business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of SDLC, change management and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve enterprise application processes in CMI and remote access.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Serve as primary technical support contact for the EST.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and validation of requirements.
• Assist in upgrades, releases, and change management activities.
• Create and maintain BRDs, process flows, and user guides.
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Promote standards, policies, and training to users.
