KBR is seeking an IT Business Process Analyst to join our Corporate Enterprise Systems Team (EST). This role is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and optimizing business processes and enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the Costpoint Content Management Interface (CMI) and end user accessibility support (remote access, mobile app, etc). Serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the IT Business Process Analyst gathers and documents requirements, evaluates and improves business processes, supports application enhancements, and assists in resolving system and operational issues. The role collaborates closely with developers, infrastructure teams, ERP support teams, and business users to deliver effective technology solutions that align with business objectives while promoting system reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
