Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Sr Financial Systems Architect to own the architecture and cloud migration for Deltek Costpoint and related financial applications in a high-growth GovCon environment.

You will lead design, data conversion, and cutover planning for cloud migration, while establishing integration standards across timekeeping, HRIS, payroll, contracts, procurement, and BI. Strong Costpoint expertise and GovCon fluency are essential.

Qualifications

Eight+ years with Deltek Costpoint including architectural responsibility.
Experience migrating Costpoint to cloud (hosted, SaaS, or hybrid).
Hands-on with IBM Cognos dashboards tied to Costpoint data.
Strong GovCon financial process knowledge: project accounting, indirect rates, revenue recognition.
Experience in system integrations (APIs, ETL, middleware) with adjacent platforms.
Knowledge of FAR, CAS, DCAA considerations in finance systems architecture.
Cloud security, access control, performance, disaster recovery concepts.
Leadership of ERP/financial system implementations in GovCon.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Costpoint architecture and cloud migration strategy.
Lead Costpoint instance consolidation aligned with roadmap and priorities.
Establish SDLC and change governance for Costpoint enhancements and cloud updates.
Define integration standards with timekeeping, HRIS, payroll, procurement, BI, and data warehouses.
Document system workflows across GL, AP, AR, billing, project accounting, and indirect rates.
Provide technical liaison between Finance and IT for compliant solutions.
