Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, estimating or a related field.
• Prior costing experience with a builder or in the homebuilding industry is a plus.
• Estimating/take off experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in analyzing and controlling construction costs for all homes.
• Manage a cost control system that measures costs and allows for accurate projections.
• Build relationships and negotiate with sub-contractors to maximize value.
