Job Description:

The Finance Costing Manager leads UF's centralized costing team, guiding analysts and accountants in delivering high‑quality financial models, cost‑allocation strategies, and decision‑support insights. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance Costing, this role drives the development and execution of costing practices across research, academic, auxiliary, and operational areas. The Manager strengthens analytical rigor, enhances transparency, and partners with campus units to elevate UF's financial decision‑making.

Key Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and cost accountants, ensuring strong analytical performance and service excellence.
