Job summary

FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Cost to Own, to analyze and present operational and financial data for Cost to Own P&L lines, including property taxes, insurance, and homeowners expenses. You will report to the VP of FP&A and partner with tax and analysis leaders to forecast and plan.

The role focuses on weekly/monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and ad-hoc analysis to support internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business required.
• Proficiency with SQL to extract and analyze data sets.
• Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and macros; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and present financial data related to Cost to Own P&L lines (Property Taxes, Insurance, Home Owners Expense).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasts, and annual plans.
• Develop tools and dashboards; monitor KPIs and variances; partner with stakeholders.
• Support monthly close and ad-hoc analyses to drive decision making.
• Coordinate with FP&A leaders and property teams to explain variances.
