The Program Planning & Scheduling Manager 2 will become part of the Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (MS) Sector, Program Scheduling and Compliance Center of Excellence. The MS scheduling organization focuses on skill development and, most importantly, creates a pathway for professional development and progression. The Center of Excellence provides training within a standard, common tool suite that allows for speed, productivity and integration while facilitating compliance and focusing on program execution.
This position reports to the Manager of Program Planning for our Marine Systems Business Unit in Sunnyvale, CA. The Manager will be responsible for leading a department with multiple program schedulers and will provide guidance and direction in the preparation and coordination of plans and integrated schedules for new and existing programs. The Manager will also be a partner with Program Management and Business Management leadership at the Sunnyvale site.

Primary Level Salary Range: $146,600.00 – $219,800.00.
