Zusammenfassung

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Cost & Quality and Day to Day System Integrator to manage multiple projects ensuring timely execution to improve cost and/or quality of products. You will maintain manufacturing productivity by addressing factory design issues and driving continuous improvement across subsystem teams.

Role scopes ideas into execution using Whirlpool Product Development methodologies, aligning stakeholders, and facilitating decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management with cross-functional teams.
• 1+ year of experience with scoping, time, cost, quality, stakeholder and risk management on projects.
• Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management capability (ability to guide without direct authority).
• Proficient in English.
• Project management skills and system integration.

Aufgaben

• Drive idea generation in workshops to develop cost pipeline.
• Scope ideas to assess project feasibility (technical/financial).
• Analyze SIR quality data to identify field trends and quality projects.
• Analyze BOM data to identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate feasibility.
• Manage cost and quality projects following Whirlpool’s development methodology (PMI-based).
• Drive BOM changes in Windchill / SAP and create work plans to execute changes.
