This entry-level management position develops skills to progress toward a Director role, including fee proposal preparation, client negotiations, and performance-based cost management.

The role emphasizes organic business development, stakeholder trust, and serving as a primary client contact while overseeing budgets, billing, and revenue

Qualifications

• Manage and supervise Cost & Commercial Management teams on assigned projects.
• Develop and provide quality assurance to project cost estimates.
• Lead staff through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Participate in industry events and develop new client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships and communications with management and cost team.
• Maintain monthly project budgets and forecast expenditures.
• Manage monthly billing and projections.
• Develop fee proposals and manage negotiations.
