Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Cost Intern to support inventory audits, monitor cycle counts, and assist with internal audit requirements across warehouses, yards and production areas.

You will analyze inventory data, work with part numbers, and prepare reports and presentations while visiting operational areas to verify accuracy and contribute to process improvements. This role offers hands-on learning in cost analysis within a large manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint.
• Ability to analyze data and work with databases.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Willingness to work in operational environments (warehouses, yards, production areas).
• Teamwork, proactive attitude, and sense of responsibility.
• Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Position Summary

The Cost Intern will support the Finance/Costing team in physical inventory audits and cycle count processes. This role provides hands-on experience in inventory control, data analysis, and internal audit support, while working closely with operational areas such as warehouses, yards, and production.

Required Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint
• Ability to analyze data and work with databases

Preferred Qualifications
