CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Cost Estimator II to join our Commercial & Institutional – Cost Estimating Team at our office in Bethlehem, PA.
Our Cost Estimating team delivers high-quality, accurate cost consulting services to owners, architects, and construction managers at any stage from conceptual design through construction documents. The Cost Estimator II is responsible for executing high-quality accurate detailed cost estimates, understanding clients' needs, and meeting their expectations. This role includes effective communication with clients, business partners, management, and colleagues, as well as providing guidance and mentoring to team members.
$72,000 - $90,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
