Job summary

Tesla Laboratories is seeking a Cost Estimator to support NAVFAC Northwest design and construction efforts in the Puget Sound area. The role involves cost estimation, lifecycle cost analysis, and coordination with NAVFAC staff to align with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of construction estimating experience, an engineering background, and familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Project to deliver technical dashboards and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Construction Estimating experience.
• Background in an engineering-related field is highly desirable.
• Sound understanding of technical concepts across multi-discipline engineering project design.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost estimating tasks including cost documentation, market research, and risk analysis.
• Create project dashboards using Power BI, Project, and Excel.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC and government stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets.
