Qualifications

• Experience with electrical and mechanical cost strategies.
• Experience with cost control in the commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors focusing on vertical construction.
• Experience with conceptual and detailed measurement and pricing.
• Experience with CMGC/ GCCM processes and with estimating software, onscreen takeoff, and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for independent construction cost control functions for review of change orders and complete estimates.
• Perform value analysis, schedule of values, comparisons, and historical cost reports.
• Support feasibility studies and cost reporting; manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Identify opportunities to add value and help achieve client project outcomes.
