Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Signage Estimator and Inside Sales Representative. Signage industry experience is required. You will be responsible for the quoting process, from finding projects on Bid Boards to estimating projects for project managers, and following up on submitted quotes with customers. If you have signage fabrication experience, we can provide training on estimating.

All projects are tracked in our project management software, which can be configured to remind you when to follow up, identify key contacts, and manage other relevant data to ensure success.

Your primary partner in this process is the owner, who will review and approve all quotes, help prioritize and funnel leads to estimating, work on overflow quote requests, and assist in researching material costs. Your secondary partners are the project managers, who have relationships generating repeat business. They may request quotes or updates to pricing packages for existing customers.
