Job summary

Eis group usa is seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to prepare accurate project cost estimates, manage budgets, analyze expenses, and support project planning and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and project expenses, reviewing plans and quotes, developing budgets and forecasts, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of relevant cost-estimation experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
