Job summary

Eis Group USA invites an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to prepare accurate project cost estimates, manage budgets, analyze expenses, and support project planning and financial decision‑making.

You'll review plans, assess labor, materials, equipment costs, analyze vendor bids, develop budgets and forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• At least two years of cost-estimation experience.

Compensation

Annual salary of $110,000–$165,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits are subject to company policy.
