  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current prices and trends in the construction industry.
  • Prepare and submit bid proposals ; Assist with technical and price proposals. Most of our client's RFP responses involve a technical and a price proposal. It is very important to make sure the price and technical approach are coordinated before submitting to the govt.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve estimating processes and methodologies.
  • Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
