Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Estimator based in the Albuquerque-Santa Fe Metropolitan Area. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project costs, analyzing project requirements, budgeting, and ensuring effective cost control. Daily tasks will include collecting and analyzing data, preparing and presenting estimates, and collaborating with project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Management and Cost Control
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Project Estimation
• Experience in Budgeting and managing project budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
