Job summary

You will develop estimates, track budgets, manage change control, and deliver cost reporting with dashboards and KPIs. Candidates typically have 3–7 years in cost engineering, with strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in cost engineering / project controls.
• Experience with large capital construction projects, offshore or energy preferred.
• Knowledge of estimation, forecasting, earned value, and change management.
• Proficient in cost management systems and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Monitor costs and expenditures against approved budgets.
• Support cost control activities including accruals and forecasting.
• Review contractor invoices and cost documentation.
• Develop cost reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Collaborate across project controls, engineering, procurement teams.
• Assist with project closeout and final accounts.
• SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
