Thomson Reuters in Minnesota is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze customer subscription lists and determine the most cost-effective delivery method. You will also compile shipping charges for billing on legal and third-party work.

The role requires experience with SAP and shipping processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a matrixed organization. SOX-compliant processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Must be highly motivated, driven to achieve results and able to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage multiple tasks.
• 2-4+ years of experience with Associates/Technical degree, or 5+ years of related work experience post high school.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify the most cost effective method of subscription delivery.
• Investigate problems and identify root causes, communicating actions to leadership.
• Create compliant shipping lists in BCC Software from SAP lists.
• Update shipping records and costs for 3rd party billing.
• Ensure processes comply with SOX.
• Liaise with USPS, UPS, FedEx personnel and carriers for issue resolution.
• Assist in development, testing, and coordination of special customer requests that require in-depth system analysis.
