Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze customer subscription lists and determine cost-effective delivery methods. The role involves using SAP/Subsystem data to create shipping lists, updating records for third-party billing, and ensuring SOX-compliant processes.

You will liaise with USPS and carriers and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience with shipping

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience with Associates/Technical degree, or 5+ years post high school.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify cost-effective subscription delivery.
• Investigate problems, identify root cause, and propose solutions.
• Create compliant shipping lists using SAP or BCC Software.
• Update shipping records and costs for 3rd party billing.
• Ensure SOX-compliant process execution.
• Liaise with USPS, carriers, and stakeholders.
