Job summary

Unity Search Group is seeking two experienced Cost Controllers for contract roles with a strong emphasis on visibility into project spending and cost management. These positions are primarily remote with occasional in-office work and regular travel to project locations within Texas.

Responsibilities include monitoring costs, tracking budgets, and preparing cost reports and forecasts while collaborating with project leaders to keep expenditures in line with plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control, cost management, project accounting, construction accounting, or a related finance position.
• Construction or project-based industry experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of budgets, forecasts, actual costs, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a changing, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites within Texas
