Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise work of self and others; lead project teams and provide guidance to staff.
• Coordinate cost analysis activities, ensuring quality and accuracy of cost reports and liaising with project management and clients on cost control.
• Perform periodic site visits to verify field cost reporting.
• Provide direction and mentorship to subordinate cost analysis staff; communicate proposals, presentations and reports to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of systems and tools related to field; troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance.
