Qualifications

• 3+ years in cost control, project controls, or project management.
• In-depth knowledge of Work Breakdown and Cost Breakdown Structures.
• Excellent communication for collaboration.

• Prepare timely cost reports analyzing actual costs vs budget.
• Identify cost variances and propose mitigation measures.
• Develop cost forecasts for project phases.
