Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide cost controls support on projects and track costs monthly.
• Communicate cost impacts of scope changes and contract values to management.
• Code and track invoices, retainage, and verify rates per contract.
• Prepare updated project forecasts and quarterly accruals.
• Manage POs, contracts, and documentation for project files.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and adapt to changing needs.
