Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or related field.
• Experience in Project Controls, Cost Controls, Project Cost Analysis, or similar functions.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced data analysis.
• Ability to handle large data sets and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; communicate discrepancies clearly.

Responsibilities

• Track, log, and analyze project and program cost data.
• Monitor costs against budgets and flag over/under budget conditions.
• Support Project Managers with cost management for field activities.
• Manage costs for contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, commitments, and expenses.
• Review cost information for discrepancies or anomalies.
• Communicate cost issues and variances to stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into project cost inflows and outflows.
• Prepare and maintain cost tracking and financial reports.
• Support multiple smaller projects within a larger program.
• Handle high volumes of financial data and meet deadlines.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and provide insights.
