The Cost Certification Accountant prepares, reviews, and reconciles LIHTC cost certification workpapers for new construction and rehabilitation projects. This role supports the full cost certification and audit process by validating project costs, performing reconciliations and variance analysis, and ensuring accurate hard and soft cost categorization. The position works cross‑functionally with Accounting, Development, Construction, and external auditors to ensure proper measurement of eligible basis, ineligible costs, and final credit sizing. Additional duties may be assigned.
PAY: $75,000 - $80,000/year + 5% bonus potential.
