You will build cost models, support monthly close, and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to identify drivers and opportunities for cost reduction. Strong Excel, SAP, and Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; CMA/CPA is a plus.
• 2+ years in cost accounting or financial analysis in manufacturing, distribution, or product-cost environments.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP and Power BI are preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and present clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost structures across materials, labor, and overhead for products and projects.
• Support budgeting and forecasting; develop cost models and standard costing methods.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement to identify cost drivers and savings.
• Prepare cost analyses, variance analyses, and cost-to-serve assessments for leadership.
