Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cost control, accounting, financial analysis, project controls, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close processes.
• Experience monitoring labor, material, equipment, service, or contractor costs against approved budgets.
• Experience working with financial reporting, cost tracking tools, and forecasting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, cost forecasting, variance reporting, and actionable insights for maintenance and turnaround operations.

Required Education

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Ability to analyze actual versus budget versus forecast performance and identify cost drivers and trends
• Ability to prepare dashboards, scorecards, cost reports, and financial summaries for operational leadership

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in refining, petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Experience with contractor workforce and timekeeping systems such as ATOM
