Lincoln Motor Company seeks a manufacturing finance professional in Louisville to oversee cost structure and internal controls. You will work with plant management, the Plant Controller’s Office, and the central Manufacturing Finance team to shape cost strategy and drive operational success.

The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and data-driven, with experience translating data into actionable opportunities and a continuous-improvement mindset.

In this position...

We are seeking a curious, driven, and motivated individual to join our manufacturing finance team in Louisville, home of the Super Duty, Expedition, Navigator, and the all-new Fathom. This position provides critical oversight for the cost structure and internal control environment of our plant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help drive the operational success of the business and shape the cost strategy for the future. This position collaborates regularly with the plant management team, operational partners, the Plant Controller’s Office, and the central Manufacturing Finance team in Dearborn. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and action-oriented, with the ability to translate evolving data into actionable opportunities. A continuous-improvement mindset is critical as we continue to modernize how we work.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excel and PowerPoint skills

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
