Job summary

CFS in Minnesota is seeking a Cost Accountant to support manufacturing operations through cost analysis, inventory management, and financial reporting. This role offers hybrid flexibility, with onsite presence required three days a week.

You will partner with operations and finance to improve cost efficiency and profitability, maintain standard costs, assist month-end close, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Experience in manufacturing cost accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Cost accounting experience ideal in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of inventory costing, standard costs, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
