Job summary

REPI Group is seeking a cost accountant to analyze financial information and develop cost data across raw materials, overhead, labor, and BOMs. The role supports EBITDA improvement, inventory accuracy, and strong internal controls within a manufacturing setting.

You will work with Supply Chain, Lab and Production managers to optimize costs, update standard costs, and manage monthly closings. Strong Excel and confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of cost accounting experience.
• 3+ years of SAP experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• High confidentiality with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cost data for raw materials, overhead, labor and production time to determine margins and costs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to evaluate raw material costs.
• Optimize Bills of Materials, batch sizes and machinery utilization.
• Maintain standard costs reflecting price trends and cost allocations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Advise on cost-based financial data to senior leadership.
• Suggest process and policy changes to reduce costs and improve profits.
• Record and file related accounting documentation.
