Accredo Packaging, Inc. is seeking a Cost Accountant I to support manufacturing accounting activities, including accurate product costing, BOMs, and routings.

The role involves inventory and production cost accuracy, scrap processing, closing production jobs, and assisting with month-end financial close. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a career in manufacturing accounting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Recent graduates with internships or coursework in manufacturing accounting are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of standard costing, BOMs, routings, inventory accounting, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing cost accounting software is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, maintain, and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings for finished goods.
• Assign posting groups and establish accurate product costing for new items.
• Support costing and quoting by ensuring data is complete and accurate.
• Maintain integrity of product cost information in the ERP system.
