Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to support financial reporting, cost analysis, account reconciliations, and general accounting functions. This role will partner with various teams to ensure accurate financial information and support business operations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of cost accounting experience, with strong Excel and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting or cost accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• ERP system experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends or variances.
• Support inventory and cost accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
• Assist with audits, process improvements, and special projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
