Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 3–7 years of cost accounting, manufacturing finance, or financial analysis experience.
• CPA or CMA designation (or progress toward certification) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze product, labor, and operational costs.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cost accounting activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers impacting profitability.
• Support inventory valuation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
