Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills to handle financial data accurately.
• CPA/CMA certification is preferred or in progress.

What you’ll do

• Own key parts of month-end/quarter-end close for cost accounting
• Build and review standard costs + new product costs
• Audit BOMs, routings, and inventory costs (keep the data clean + accurate)
• Reconcile/analyze inventory GL accounts and explain the “why” behind results
• Partner with ops + plant teams to solve cost/inventory issues and improve processes
• Support annual updates to labor + overhead rates

What you bring
