Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. seeks a Cost Accountant/Analyst to support its U.S. and Canadian operations in a full-time, onsite role.

You will contribute to cost analysis, pricing, KPI development, and interdepartmental collaboration with plant leadership and finance. You will partner with costing and finance teams to drive cost efficiency, build dashboards, and perform margin analysis and financial modeling for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, modeling).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Costing Manager on plant costing, pricing support, and operational analysis
• Build and automate KPI dashboards and forecasting tools for performance tracking
