Job summary

London Approach is seeking a Cost Accountant to join its North American accounting team in South Jersey. You will partner with the Costing Manager, analyze manufacturing costs, and develop reporting tools to drive cost improvement and pricing strategies across U.S. and Canadian plants.

The role requires 3–5 years in cost accounting, manufacturing exposure (food/beverage preferred), and expert Excel skills. Travel between U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years cost accounting or financial analysis.
• Manufacturing experience; food/beverage preferred.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI/data tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel VBA).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between U.S. and Canada.

• Support pricing strategy development and refinement.
• Collaborate across Accounting, Operations, Sales, and leadership.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in projects involving U.S. and Canadian plants.

A growing, family-owned food manufacturing company in South Jersey is seeking a Cost Accountant to join its expanding Accounting team. This individual will work closely with the Costing Manager, plant operations, finance, sales, and senior leadership to support costing, operational analysis, reporting, and process improvement across North American operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of cost accounting, financial analysis, business analysis, or related experience.
• Manufacturing experience required or strongly preferred; food and beverage manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel VBA, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments and levels of leadership.
• Ability to travel periodically between U.S. and Canadian locations.
• Experience within the meat or protein industry is a plus.
