Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Software Engineer (Cosmos SDK) to build application-specific blockchains enabling next-generation fintech and payments. You will design modules with Cosmos SDK, Go, and IBC to enable secure asset transfers and interoperable networks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering with a focus on blockchain development.
• Proven expertise building application-specific blockchains using the Cosmos SDK.
• Strong Go skills and distributed systems experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing IBC protocols, Tendermint, and ABCI interfaces.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop blockchain modules using Cosmos SDK and Go.
• Implement inter-blockchain communication protocols using IBC.
• Configure and optimize Tendermint consensus engines for high performance and stability.
• Develop ABCI interfaces to connect state machines with consensus layers.
• Collaborate with the open-source Cosmos community to evolve the ecosystem.
• Ensure security and scalability through testing and code reviews.
