Hair Cuttery is launching the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program for beauty students to learn, earn, and grow from day one in a salon setting. You will receive a 90-day mentorship, orientation, advanced cutting training, and on-the-job guidance as you build your skills and client base.

Licensed stylists can reach $45 to $88+/hr with up to 75% commission through the 8-level ladder, in a company with 500+ salons nationwide. This hands-on program emphasizes career momentum and real earnings.

Qualifications

• Current beauty school student ready to transition to a professional career.
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from experienced stylists.
• Ability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon and reception area.
• Develop styling skills through a mentor-guided plan.
• Observe and learn from licensed professionals to sharpen techniques.
• Participate in building a strong client base and product knowledge.
