Hair Cuttery is offering the FuturePRO Student to Work program for cosmetology students in the United States. It provides 90-day mentorship, orientation, advanced training, and guidance from seasoned cosmetologists to help you start earning while you learn.

As a hairstylist student, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a salon setting, with hourly compensation, guest access, and a clear path toward an 8-level career ladder and up to 75% commission once licensed.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in beauty school.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades and color.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Work the reception area and support all actions that influence the guest experience.
• Develop Your Craft: Participate in a training plan developed with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: Watch Salon Professionals as they work and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Receive training on professional product knowledge, consultation skills, and how to build a strong clientele.
