Qualifications

• Must be licensed cosmetologist and eligible for certification by SC Department of Education, Career and Technology Education Division (CATE).
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher from an accredited college or university, certification as required by the state of South Carolina.
• Other professional qualifications as deemed necessary for instructional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Prepare classroom for class activities and manage materials.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Use technology to support instruction and track student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians.
