Bella Capelli Academy, a Paul Mitchell Partner school in Pennsylvania, is seeking a qualified teacher to join our family and support Future Professionals.

Candidates must hold a PA Cosmetology Instructor License or Limited Practice Teachers License, and possess strong communication and tech skills to teach across hair, makeup, and nail topics.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA Cosmetology Instructor License or Limited Practice Teachers License.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional team player.
• Comfortable using technology (Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Follow and administer school curriculum and lessons for defined areas (Hair Cutting- Hair Coloring- Barbering- Texture- Long Hair Styling- Makeup- Skin- Nails- and State Board).
• Maintain current and accurate lesson files, handouts, keynotes, posters etc.
• Remain current with State Board requirements and exams.
• Educates Students using the Paul Mitchell Schools education.
• Illustrates the basics of the field in which they are licensed.
• Create effective learning environments and learning centers that incorporate multiple intelligences.

Note

• Work is performed in an indoor environment and requires frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting 15lbs or less, sitting, repetitive motion, and vision to monitor. May travel domestically for professional development based on length of employment.
