Job Description: Learning Leader

As a Learning Leader, you will educate, inspire, motivate, and mentor our Future Professionals-students embarking on careers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll bring your creativity and expertise to deliver exceptional learning experiences through objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and engaging learning centers.

You’ll help shape the next generation of beauty professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive learning environment, combining classroom instruction with real-world, hands‑on salon experiences.
