Parisian Beauty Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School in Hackensack, NJ is seeking a high-energy Cosmetology Educator to join our growing team. As a Learning Leader, you will educate, inspire, and mentor Future Professionals-students, delivering objective-based education through mini classes and hands-on centers.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ Cosmetology license, has teaching or salon experience, and demonstrates leadership, communication, and a passion for education and the beauty industry.

• Current NJ Cosmetology License (Required).
• Instructional or teaching experience in a cosmetology school.
• Salon experience with proven technical expertise in hair, skin, and makeup.

Parisian Beauty Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School is seeking a high-energy, passionate, and experienced Cosmetology Educator to join our growing team of industry leaders!

Job Description: Learning Leader

As a Learning Leader, you will educate, inspire, motivate, and mentor our Future Professionals-students embarking on careers in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll bring your creativity and expertise to deliver exceptional learning experiences through objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and engaging learning centers.

You'll help shape the next generation of beauty professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive learning environment, combining classroom instruction with real-world, hands‑on salon experiences.

The ideal candidate is a licensed professional educator with strong salon experience, enthusiasm for the Paul Mitchell culture and products, and a genuine dedication to student success. Skills / Competencies Required

• Current NJ Cosmetology License (Required)
