Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/certification as required by Texas CTE program
• Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, or HS diploma or GED with wage-earning experience per certification
• Preference for CFISD Cosmetology Internship Certificate

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver cosmetology instruction aligned with district curriculum.
• Assess student learning and adapt instruction to diverse needs.
• Maintain classroom management and safety in accordance with district policies.
• Oversee field experiences and collaborate with staff for IEP accommodations.
• Engage stakeholders through regular communication with parents and staff.
