Qualifications

• Diploma in Cosmetology from an accredited post-secondary institution or equivalent.
• Three (3) out of the past seven (7) years of field experience.
• Current Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers, Master Cosmetologist License.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans for classroom instruction for credited technical/occupational courses.
• Prepare standardized course syllabi using a provided template.
• Teach Cosmetology courses in classroom/lab/field environments reflecting industry trends.
• Provide instruction in theory and practical applications of Cosmetology.
• Interact effectively with a diverse student population.
