Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in the cosmetology program, including basic and advanced hairstyling and related topics.
• Model student expectations: communication, dependability, critical thinking, customer service and leadership.
• Assist coordinator with salon operations and handling payments/deposits.
• Enforce safety and NC Board of Cosmetic Arts regulations.
• Travel to high schools/community events to present about the program.
• Maintain student records: grades, attendance, practice area completion and evaluations.
