Job summary

Mandara Spa seeks a Cosmetologist to train and educate our spa staff on services and protocols, ensuring brand standards are followed. You will lead the development of standardized training, coach team members, and work with the Spa Director to set service targets.

Requirements include Hawaii Cosmetologist license or accredited cosmetology training, strong verbal communication, and computer literacy. Availability for nights/weekends and a passion for high-end guest care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for spa technicians on services and protocols.
• Coordinate and execute branded training programs for new hires.

• Oversee inventory, stock levels and order accuracy.
• Conduct regular refresher trainings for existing services.
